Aged Portuguese Spirits

Each spirit begins with wine, grape pomace, grape spirit, or anise seeds, then rests in oak until the edges soften and the finish carries. Barrel Direct is unfiltered, barrel strength, and drawn straight from the cask. Reserva is rounded by 7+ years in port barrels. Mulher Velha is earthy and gently warming. Two Foxes brings vineyard depth and oak spice. Barrel Aged Anise takes clean anise and gives it warmth, patience, and a longer finish.
